Yanks-as-fundamentalists watch Sir Edward Woodward,

Yanks-as-fundamentalists watch Sir Edward Woodward, a former chief justice of the Australian Supreme Court (not to be confused with that guy from The Equalizer), surveys the war on terror and concludes that George W. Bush is the religious nut:

He comes across to me as a religious fundamentalist, who thinks God is on his side in all he does, and so has no need for doubts or for compassion.

If Woodward was around during World War II, he was probably writing angry editorials denouncing Canada for its grotesque anti-Semitism and worrying about the effect the war was having on disaffected German youth.
