Earlier this week, I was interviewed over the phone by a producer from CBC Newsworld's Inside Media. She was looking for a blogger to appear on this week's program, about online journalism. Alas, I wasn't selected. Too bad, because co-host Antonia Zerbisias had some derogatory, condescending things to say about blogs. ("Readers are not always equipped to know something has been checked or double-checked.")

I would have loved to have the opportunity to ask this "media critic" about her enthusiastic endorsement of "whatreallyhappened.com", which she only withdrew when a few readers - including this lowly blogger - pointed out the site's grossly anti-Jewish agenda. Who's failing to "double-check" their sources, Antonia?

Update: "RWB," a regular reader and contributor, tells me this site was featured on the program for about 1.5 seconds. He even sent me a photo. Cool.
