The life of a useless MP
Oliver Kamm posts a brief biography of Tony Benn.
You might know Benn as the former Labour MP who travelled to Baghdad for a fawning "interview" with Saddam last year. Unfortunately, the rest of his long career wasn't quite as dignified. "Leaders" like Benn, who drove Great Britain into the ground for three decades after WW2, are the main reason the British had to elect Margaret Thatcher.
