Andrew Coyne is blogging
And he's all over the Chretien sponsorship scandal. Great stuff.
On the other end of the spectrum...even Paul Martin isn't defending what happened in Quebec, and he's vowed to find the secret cabal of bureaucrats who are responsible. (While you're at it, Mr. Prime Minister, ask them how they tricked everyone into thinking a plane hit the Pentagon.) Anyway, when this scandal broke, I knew there'd be one person in all of Canada who would try to defend the conduct of a government that allowed $100 million to vanish into thin air.
Take a bow, Mr. Kinsella.
Update: after getting a tersely worded e-mail from Warren Kinsella, I've amended this post to remove a "false and defamatory" comment.
Everybody's coming after me lately, aren't they? (As for Kinsella, I thought someone who's spoken out so passionately against the neo-Nazi movement would refrain from trivializing the Holocaust by comparing Toby Keith to Leni Riefenstahl, as he did in a Feb. 2 blog entry. But that's just me.)
