Support Operation S.I.C.K.

Elana Setton hasn't blogged in a long time, but she's now President of the Operation S.I.C.K. chapter at McGill University.

Operation S.I.C.K. stands for "Stop Inciting Children to Kill", and it tries to fight the use of child soldiers in conflicts around the world. As you might expect, the indoctrination of Palestinian children is one of the organization's targets - and, sadly, Setton tells me pro-Palestinian groups at McGill are trying to shut them down, on the presmise that they're "racist".

She adds that the group has hosted six events so far, of which only one has dealt with the Palestinians. In her e-mail to me, she asks, "if the SPHR (Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights) is truly concerned with
Palestinian human rights, then why haven't they enthusiastically joined our
cause?"

Because only the evil Jooooooos do anything wrong, Elana. You know that.

The group can be reached at opsick@hotmail.com. Send them a message of support.
