Kinsella's crisis of conscience

Warren Kinsella is so upset about the Copps-Valeri mess - in which he wasn't allowed to vote, though he says he's a "long-term member" of Hamilton East who was eligible despite not living in the riding (?) - that he's thinking about leaving the Liberal party.

Kinsella says a "cabal...did all they could to drive [Copps] out", and says the Martinites "are vengeful and vindictive, and more interested in partisan games than in governing." Why, Warren, old bean, it almost sounds like they're...Kicking Ass in Canadian Politics.

Update: according to Paul Wells, the lily-white Sheila Copps openly discussed - on camera - ways to keep Valeri's supporters from parking their cars at the nomination meeting.

But that's, um, different.
