When conspirozoids go mainstream
American Dynasty, a critical biography of the Bush family by the very well-respected Kevin Phillips, uses some of the most insane conspirofreak websites you'll ever see as sources for its most damning allegations.
I'd expect this sort of thing from genetic anomalies like Richard Neville or Michele Landsberg. But when you see someone like Phillips (with whom I don't often agree, but for whom I have a lot more respect) falling for this garbage, we should all be worried.
