Where is everybody?

Tim Blair's blog is on hiatus until June 13. Kathy Shaidle has suspended blogging indefinitely. Bob Tarantino is living it up in Ibiza 'til next Tuesday. Andrew Coyne hasn't posted since April 28. Bill Herbert has packed it in and turned his site into a Fred Willard shrine. Even Andrew Sullivan and Glenn Reynolds have very publicly said they plan to cut back on their writing.

If I may quote Mr. Willard, "wha happen?" Did everyone else go to a party to which I wasn't invited? This is junior high school all over again...

(Not included in this list: Warren Kinsella, who says he won't be writing anything for a while because of what appears to be an illness in the family. Whatever you think of Kinsella's politics, you have to hope he and his loved ones get through this okay.)
