Why we believed the hate-crime hoax

Because that attack may not have happened, but only the most blinkered idiot (ahem) would deny that things are getting much, much worse for Jews living in France. Asparagirl has the numbers.

There have been more antisemitic attacks in France so far this year than in all of 2003. Are they all hoaxes? For some people, the fact that Jooooooos are allegedly targeted means, "oui."
