Retraction rejected

The paranoid, America-hating, totalitarian cultists are dismissing Newsweek's retraction of it's Koran-desecration story, and so are Islamic radicals. (rim shot)

Glenn Reynolds has expanded yesterday's post to point out what may be the real issue here: the willingness of so many Muslims to riot, loot and kill because of a small, anonymously-sourced report about their holy book being desecrated. Yes, Christians got angry about "Piss Christ", but as far as we know no one died as a result. (So why aren't more artists making similarly provocative works about Islam? Three words: "Theo van Gogh".)
