Not again

The BBC is reporting "incidents" at two London Underground stations. Details are very sketchy at this time.

Update: ITV News:

Reports are coming of passengers being evacuated from Warren Street, Oval and Shepherd's Bush stations on the London Underground.

Smoke has been seen coming from Oval station, which crews are investigating. There are unconfirmed reports of some kind of explosion at Warren Street station.

Emergency services are attending all three stations. The Hammersmith & City, Victoria and Northern tube lines have been closed.

And emergency services personnel have responded to reports of an incident on a bus in Hackney Road, at the junction near Colombia Road, east London, Scotland Yard.

The stations have been evacuated. One eyewitness said he saw a rucksack blown open.

Bastards.

Update II: AP says no reports of casualties yet. Also, a witness says "a man was carrying a rucksack and the rucksack suddenly exploded. It was a minor explosion but enough to blow open the rucksack." (?)

Update III: the BBC is calling the incidents "dummy explosions using detonators", and says police have not classified the incidents as "major". Thank God.

Update IV: I'll say this for the Beeb: their site seems to be handling the traffic surge a lot better than Sky News or ITV.

ITV says there was a nail bomb involved, though it's looking more and more like none of the bombs - if that's what they were - went off as planned.

Update V: Tim Worstall is live-blogging from London.

Update VI: my mistake: Worstall's in Portugal. Andrew Ian Dodge is blogging from London.

A Sky News reporter says the explosives on the bus were the same kind used on 7/7.
