I, weirdo
Mark Peters has tagged me with the latest meme, in which you list five strange things about yourself and then tag five other people. Consider yourself warned:
1. I bought a big package of Olivieri cheese tortellini at Costco a few weeks ago, and lately I've found myself snacking on it. Uncooked.
2. If I'm walking on a sidewalk, I'll do everything I can to avoid stepping on a crack. [Update: actually, that's probably going a bit far. Indeed, the sidewalk near my office is made of brick, so you can't help stepping on cracks. But on a regular sidewalk, I try to avoid them - not out of superstition, but just a funny habit.]
3. Every morning, I read the local paper in the bathtub. (Now there's a mental image for you.)
4. Without consciously trying, I say "D'oh", Homer Simpson-style, when I do something wrong. (Lately, I've also started squeezing Little Britain catchphrases into everyday conversation, especially "Yeah I know".)
5. I hate, hate, hate eggs. When I was a kid, I couldn't even sit at the breakfast table if anyone else was having them. Even today, I'll do all I can to avoid looking at them, especially if my dining partner puts ketchup on them.
