Pat Robertson gets it right...
Via Fox: Pat Robertson apologized for his comments concerning P.M. Ariel Sharon's stroke.
I'm glad for Mr. Robertson. I'll offer some prayers for Mr. Sharon's recovery.
Update: Commentor Sari correctly notes "He didn't "get it right". It's nice he apologized, but he never actually said he was wrong. He only conceded his remarks were "insensitive at the time". Not quite the same thing. He's still insisting that he was right to think that Sharon's illness was a divine punishment. So no, he didn't "get it right" at all."

Damian adds: more details here. That the good Reverend's "apology" came just after the Israeli government retracted its offer to donate land to his proposed Christian theme park "Heritage Centre" is just a coincidence, I'm sure.
