Bad: my internet connection was down this morning.

Really bad: I spent about 40 minutes on hold, listening to seemingly endless Musak while waiting for technical support.

So bad it could send the Dalai Lama himself into a psychotic rage: the Musak was constantly interrupted by a message that, if I need technical assistance, I should visit www.aliant.net. Which, you know, I'd gladly do if I could connect to the friggin' internet in the first place, which I can't, which is why I'm on hold for 40 minutes waiting for technical support.
