Another Tory win

People said the Tories would have trouble winning back Fabian Manning's old seat, but PC candidate Felix Collins won the by-election easily. Liberal candidate Kevin Power came third, behind Collins and former Tory MHA Nick Careen:

The PC's have held on to Placentia & St.Mary's. Felix Collins, the PC candidate, won over independent Nick Careen by more than 600 votes. Liberal Kevin Power and Newfoundland and Labrador First Party candidate Tom Hickey were well behind.
