The new guy

Marshall Rothstein, currently serving on the Federal Court of Appeal, is Stephen Harper's choice for the Supreme Court of Canada. Rothstein was on the Liberals' short list, so his Parliamentary hearing - the first ever for a nominee to Canada's Supreme Court - shouldn't be too heated.
