Is it possible that qana was staged?

I don't take conspiracy theories very seriously, so I hesitate to swallow this claim that the tragedy at Qana was staged. I remember that there were huge exaggerations of the destruction at Jenin but that was a verbal distortion of real events. This would be a matter of actually creating the event. It's not unbelievable that propagandists take dead bodies from one event and use them in another context. But, on this scale? That would be surprising.

Damian adds: the Jenin and Mohammed Al-Dura fiascos taught me all I need to know about the way Israel's enemies manipulate the media. But some of the stuff I've been reading about Qana - about the bodies supposedly being in too good shape to have been killed in a building collapse, for example - resembles 9/11 conspiracy theorizing far too closely for my tastes.
