Regatta Day

Back in St. John's, it's a holiday one day late, now that the tropical storm is finally over.

Only in Newfoundland would you have a civic holiday dependent entirely on the weather, but there are few feelings as nice as turning on VOCM early in the morning and finding out you can go back to bed for a few more hours. (Of course, there are few worse feelings than finding out your holiday has been postponed.)
