Afghanistan and Canada, reason and passion

If you take the Afghanistan issue seriously, watch the January 25 edition of TVO's "The Agenda". John Manley and Janice Stein (about whom I have not always been complimentary) speak very well about what is involved. Mr Manley made this strong observation: Professor Michael Byers "didn't have the courage" to appear before his panel. Quite.
