The disappointment begins

Rahm Emanuel, Barack Obama's choice for White House Chief of Staff, is the Jewish son of a former Irgun member. His middle name is, literally, "Israel."

For supporters of the Jewish state who feared that Obama was some kind of closet anti-Semite, this is a relief. For "anti-Zionists" who kind of hoped that Obama was a closet anti-Semite, the news isn't so good:

The appointment of Rahm Emanuel as Barack Obama’s Chief of Staff hasn’t taken long to bring the creepy crawlies of racial hatred out from under the nearest rock. An Argentine national newspaper has today headlined a piece about him with the words “The ‘Jewish Rahmbo’ brings more war.”

I can't wait to see the headline in the Greek tabloid Avriani, which hailed Obama's election as "THE END OF JEWISH DOMINATION."
