Grossman's problem is that the Bears' offence is a setup that isn't ideal for him. The more I see of the guy, the more he reminds me of my team's QB, Chad Pennington. If you put him into a balls to the wall vertical passing game built around 20-30 yd passes, he would suck too. The key is to put him into more of a west coast style system with high % passes, & make good use of the TE.
