Abdullah has managed to make friends in high places on both sides of the pond. He'll be joining her royal incontinence for tea and crumpets soon. If he's lucky and his table manners are up to snuff, he might even join the ranks of such dignitaries as Sir Robert Mugabe as one of her knights.
