Schreiber should be thrown out of the country asap. Not because of what the Harper government is supposedly hiding but because Schreiber has made the Canadian legal system look impotent.
Of course the silly Dion is making this all about the current Conservative government. Somehow I do not think that Schreiber's activities have been limited to Conservatives. That would have been foolhardy on his part because the Liberals have been in power for 13 years. He could not afford to miss a good bribe. We all know the Liberals are corrupt and will do anything to maintain power. However, the stealing of taxpayers' money beat Schreiber to the punch. Why should we care about Mulroney. Nothing will change whether they find him guilty or innocent. It was another time and another era. Like most things Dion has done since becoming leader he will be outsmarted by Harper. So get rid of Schreiber, let him stand trial in Germany. If and when he is needed here we can get access to him in some fashion. The Liberals are terrified that the inquiry will go to Germany to investigate and there will be no TV committee hearings for Canadians to watch. Shame on Dion and the rest of the opposition parties for debasing our parliament and all politicians.
