Manley was interviewed on The House this morning on CBC radio where he also answered questions sent in (not live). Byers had sent in a response (more a harangue than question) about why he didn't appear which I thought Manley handled quite nicely. Byers was in a snit because he thought Manley had already made up his mind based on an article he had written previously for a foreign policy journal.
