Ding Dong! Gandhi's Gone!
Quibble: This koscrap about "blockade"... rather uninformed, in light of the fact that Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and UAR have also erected blockades of (ahem) "Palestinians", over a million of whom originated in those countries and who's roots in those countries going back centuries. It is time for Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and UAR to take some responsibility for the peoples they have displaced. Hell, offer them "right of return" to their own homelands.
On the other hand, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and UAR are so economically backward would there be anything awaiting returnees?
The recent throw-down of a portion of the Gaza-UAR fence saw many returning simply to shop. Why one wonders weren't they permitted in the first place?
It's also worth repeating that that excerpt is the *revised* version, not the original text which has been silently changed.
