I'm exactly the same. I've still got hundreds packed away in my basement. I'm convinced it's part of the reason I ended up being as conservative as I am. All that healthy fun, short haircuts, and Christian morals. That'll have an affect on a guy.
So if you hate eggs so much, does that mean you will not eat, say, cake, Hollandaise sauce, merringue pies, pumpkin pie, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, etc.?

You either get it or you don't, there's no explaining it...or at least in any way that'd increase your enjoyment of the comics.

Along with Archie, I also recall you had a soft spot for Garfield as well. We'd both frequently talk about the previous week's newspaper strips Wednesday evenings at Scout meetings.
