I don't know. Either Shi Che Cheng is incompetent or he is actually a Tibetan agent attempting to discredit China. Think about it. In his first comment he praised the Chinese system because they would lock the proprietor of this website up.

By the way, Cheng, Tibet was never traditionally "part of China" prior to mao's incursion. Ghengis Khan - the Mongolian - had it for a while, so technically it was under Mongolian control for a while, as were most of the semi-autonomous regions comprising what we now call "China".

Dig this: Your Han overlords can't speak half the languages in China because it was never a single entity prior to 1949.
