I have a simple test whenever the issue of reopening NAFTA comes up. Let's go into any Walmart, Target or whatever and I'll pay you $1,000 for any item made in Canada. The quid pro quo is that you will pay me $20 for any item I find made in China.

Do you think there will be any takers?
