Donate if it placates your conscience. But understand that only a small portion of your donation, if any at all, will actually reach those who are in need of help. Most of it will be pocketed by those under whose heels they live. best to just by the homeless guy on the corner a pack of smokes and a mickey of rum. At least you'll know where your money went.
