Indeed. It seems that even as the rot in the civil government in the US (and elsewhere in the West) sinks deeper, the military (certainly in the US and probably in Canada) continues to be top notch.
I wonder what the state of things is like in England - not so good I fear, based on what has happened there in recent years.
