Being an F1 fan I tweeked to this little item myself.

As in most cases if not all ... Laytoon does not have a clue what he's talking about. But the opportunity to promise tax payers money to buy some votes from other fools is something he never fails to grasp onto.

Layton supporting F1? There must be a Kyoto/carbon footprint punchline in there somewhere.
