They've no union, you know, and no pension benefits or healthcare.
And when one of the poor little fellas gets sick, do you know what Santa does? He grabs 'em by the back of the neck, trots 'em down to Kitchener-Waterloo and sells 'em to J.M. Schneider.............for further processing!
Then, again, elves, you know.....not the brightest! They never make any effort to find jobs with other employers. What's more, they rarely, if ever, get a higher education or undertake programmes to upgrade their skills.
Although, there WAS one exception! She took singing lessons.
Her name's Bjork, I believe.....
