What ever happened w/the Indian tribe who was going to set up their own private clinic and signed on w/a European company to provide services?

I seem to remember they were going to be taken to court by a particularly outraged official.

As I recall we have two tier healthcare in Canada for anyone who uses dentistry, ambulance, drug, or chiropractic services. OF course as HH Stevens said, you can't get more nourishment from soup by adding water, only more soup.
