Yikes – three months for one repair and an additional three weeks for another – what brand of computer do you use? I know there must be better service in a large city like Toronto but that sounds outrageous. When the hard drive on my Thinkpad fried itself (while under warranty), I spoke with IBM on a Wednesday, and they called me back the next day to take the laptop in for repairs on Friday. The service depot called me first thing on Monday to notify me it was ready for pick-up.
