Western values are under attack. Let us show the fanatics and the dictatorships that we won't allow them to undermine our freedom and culture. Instead of bringing us down with violence and hatred, these people should work with us to improve conditions in their own part of the world.

I will be there to demonstrate my support of Denmark and freedom.

"The incredible thing about the ongoing Kristallnacht against Denmark (and in some places, against the embassies and citizens of any Scandinavian or even European Union nation) is that it has resulted in, not opprobrium for the religion that perpetrates and excuses it, but increased respectability! "

Maybe that's the mistake the Jews made in not resorting to violence after each offensive assault on their religion and culture?
Now imagine if a Jew issues his equivalent of a fatwa against a journalist or cartoonist working for the Guardian: will we have a leg to stand on to criticise him?

I find it interesting that you can replace "Denmark" and "Danes" with "Israel" and "Jews" in this paragraph, and it would remain 100% accurate. It also works for "U.S." and "Americans". So, do we wait until it works for "Canada" and "Canadians", or do we open our eyes and recognize that these cretins are our enemies?

Unfortunately, "we" don't get to make those decisions. The folks that do, are cocooned away, insulated from "we" grubby, uninformed, provincial citizens. They see fit to communicate with us only through their 4th yearly parade to the polls (after which, they go back to doing whatever the hell they want).
