Of course, blue helmets end up being placed by and run for the benefit of the Arab League, China, France, and Russia.
The UN is counterproductive to anything good happening, and an enabler of almost all the trouble in the world, one way or another.
Unlike G*d, we can't be everywhere;. we're having difficulty enough being anywhere. ;)

Regarding the Congo, I know of some Christian Peacemakers who are now available.
