Dear Damian,
You may recall that I dropped you a note last year, letting you know about my Lemon Law practice and inviting you to take a look at LemonJustice.com.
I wanted to touch base again and tell you that, even with the improvements made to vehicle designs over the past decade, consumers continue to find themselves stuck with lemons. In fact, even the vehicles that Consumer Reports recently rated as the “Top 10” have had numerous complaints.
As you can imagine, lemon owners almost always get the runaround from manufacturers and dealers, who tend to play a waiting game and force consumers to jump through hoops until the Lemon Law period expires.
At LemonJustice.com, we have a forum ([External Link]where visitors can post questions and discuss the problems they’re having with their lemons. I’ve also started a blog ([External Link]to keep consumers up-to-date on lemon-related news and issues.
Your readers may want (and need!) to know more about Lemon Law. I invite you to take a look at LemonJustice.com, and let your readers know about this valuable resource.
