I'm not sure how the Janjaweed would respond to "peace-building initiatives". Would it be too much to ask Lloyd to walk into the middle of the genocide and try it. Let's see Lloyd put his own hide on the line.

As a member of Chretien's opposition party during Gulf War 1, Lloyd was one of the few Liberals who voted against Canadian participation in that UN sanctioned conflict. Seems Lloyd would prefer that " war-making " was the exclusive prerogative of the likes of Saddam and the Taliban.
