While four million have died in the Congo, Kofi is too busy convicting Israel of war crimes that didn't happen and using disproportionate force.

First of all, leave Kofi alone. But I am more interested in your solution, especially in the acse of my country (Congo). What is your idea of a better approach? Bombing the country into even more oblivion than it already is?
