Good thing this twit can't represent Canada in any official capacity...Oh. Wait. Wasn't he a Liberal Cabinet Minister? And an NDP Premier?

I experienced the old days of the money market in Kabul where a personal cheque on a Canadian bank was accepted, in return for Afghanis (given one's references!), without question.
