In a similar vein, this just in:

"Two prominent Canadian Muslim groups want to file a human rights complaint over immigrant policies recently adopted in a rural Quebec town."

"The Canadian Islamic Congress (CIC) and the Canadian Muslim Forum claim Hérouxville's new code of conduct for immigrants fuels negative stereotypes of ethnic minorities and violates the Charter of Rights and Freedoms."

"CIC chair Mohamed Elmasry told CBC that the groups will file a complaint with the Quebec Human Rights Commission if Hérouxville does not retract its code."

Elmasry of course, is the person who stated on television that any adult Israeli, civilain or not, is a legitimate target for terrorists.

John B: excellent write-up in today's JOurnal de Montréal on all this by Richard Martineau. One of this two nutjobs was interviewed a while back on a francophone current affairs programme.

He insisted that some images in the show's intro (homosexual in nature) be removed because it caused "offense".

This is the same dumb shit who's now complaining about a lack of "diversity" and "harmony".

And by the way, the guy has a criminal record back in France, where he lived for a while. He told canadian immigration authorities nothing about that criminal record when he came to the country.

Your typical extremist hypocrite.
