A "criminal profiler" on CNN last night was arguing that the shooter was a product of evil, gun-worshipping, video-game-playing America -- even as news was trickling out that he was actually Chinese.
Expect her new argument to be "we made him this way. After all, he didn't kill people in China, did he now?"
Ellie, since we now know he was South Korean, the media can blame another culture for a change. To wit, South Korea was the site of the worst-ever mass murder spree 25 years ago, during which almost 60 people were killed. What is it about Korean culture then, eh?

If he was really desperate to get a weapon and he couldn't get it legally then he would have gone out and got one illegally.
Nobody wanting to commit a criminal act is going to bother with the legalities of obtaining his weapon of choice.
Given that he evidently had a receipt and was a legal permanent resident, I can't imagine he didn't get them legally.
As a permanent resident, he's qualified to buy firearms, assuming an appropriately clean legal background.
Yes, they should be examining South Korean culture instead the MSM are happily bashing America. No doubt when a bunch of home-grown muzzies pull a 7/7 in the US, America will get the blame as well.
