Four individuals were standing at the edge of a cliff, one Conservative, a Liberal, an NDP and a Green. They saw a child below struggling in the water. Which one got to the child first.
Answer: The conservative did. She was a self starter and reacted right away and jumped in. The Liberal had to stop to alert the media and put some spin on it. The NDP had to call a caucus meeting to make sure there was a consensus. And the Green never even jumped as she didn't want to disturb the ecosystem.
