Posted at 2007-06-27 08:53:37 [PermaLink]I guess when petrol costs the consumer the equivalent if 11 cents (Canadian) a litre,(gov't subsidy) and you lack refining capacity, its sort of like health care in Can. - it has to be rationed - otherwise bankrupsy.

Strict rationing of the evil gasoline is exactly what environmentalists want to do to the rest of us, surely they'll be lined up to emigrate to Iran now that they can see how progressive the Iranian government is...
